The buyer assumes responsibility for checking the details prior to purchase and may ask any additional questions prior to purchase to satisfy themselves of product content.
No exchanges, credits, refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.
All items linked to third party sites via our website are not bound by the terms of our policy.
The buyer acknowledges that we make referrals based on recommended products, however we do not hold any responsibility for the sale of those products, whether physical or digital.
Buyers will not be able to request refunds for products and services bought via any links provided by us. They must be satisfied with the third party return and refunds policy prior to making a third party purchase.
Third party links on our site, or social media may be affiliate links where we may receive a commission for sales made.
NEuRDiverse refund policy
If you are on a free trial and forget to cancel prior to entering the paid period, you will be entitled to a full refund on the condition that you have not extensively used the platform, or downloaded the resources within it.
Monthly subscriptions are cancel anytime, once cancelled you will have access up to the next billing point.
Annual or lifetime subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, unless you cancel within the first 30 days of purchase and as above, have not extensively used the platform or downloaded resources.
Refund requests must be in writing via the Heartbeat platform that hosts NEuRDiverse.
